Birren Family Jerky is built on a family recipe created by Jack Birren — a carpenter, a giver, and a man who spent his life doing everything for everyone but himself.

Jack loved the simple things: sunsets, fishing, and a cold beer with friends and family. He believed in doing things the right way — which meant great jerky made from quality meat, never cheap cuts or shortcuts.

Known to his grandkids as Papa and Lolo Pops, Jack’s recipe became legendary among those who tried it.

After his passing, his children decided to honor him the best way they knew how: by sharing his jerky with the world and building a lasting legacy in his name.
